Clerk's Office

Duties & Responsibilities
The Clerk's Office is responsible for:
  • Maintaining public records
  • Issuing marriage licenses
  • Maintaining Probate Court records
  • Organizing all elections with the exception of the Municipal Elections
We strive to give the public our best service while keeping our costs as low as possible. Our office is easily accessible to persons who are searching records.

Documents recorded in the Office of the County Clerk are public records, subject to inspection and disclosure.
