Public hearings shall be held as needed.                                                                                                  Meetings shall be held at the Chaves County Administrative Building 15 days after a legal advertisement.

Members

Membership consists of two Roswell City Councilors (Will Cavin and Ed Heldenbrand) and three Board of Commissioners (Richard C. Taylor, Herbert "Hub" Corn, and Cliff Waide).

Overview

The Authority considers and acts on all amendments to the Roswell-Chaves County Extraterritorial Zoning Ordinance No.80-1 and appeals to the ETZ Commission's decisions.
