Public Hearings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month @ 10:00 AM at the Chaves County Administrative Building; #1 St. Mary's Place Roswell NM                                                                             Official approved minutes may be found at the Chaves County Clerk's Office.                                                                    

Members

This Commission consists of seven members: three appointed by Roswell City Council that live within the city limits, three by the Chaves County Board of Commissioners that live in the ETZ district, and one appointed by the six that lives outside the ETZ district. 

Current Members: 

Rita Kane Doerhoefer, Eddie Carrillo and John Erard- City appointed                                                             Mona Kirt, Reid Marley and Michael Lackey- County appointed: Neal Roe- Seventh member.

Overview

• Submittals must be received 30 days prior to the meeting date.
• Packets are mailed to the applicant and commissioners prior to the scheduled meeting.
