Meetings

• Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of every month at the Chaves County Administrative Building          #1 St. Mary's Place, Roswell NM.

Official approved minutes may be found at the Chaves County Clerk's Office.

Overview

• Zoning applications must be submitted and accepted 30 days prior to the meeting date.
• The Planning and Zoning Commission is a recommendation board for all zoning and subdivision applications. Final decisions are made by the Chaves County Board of Commissioners.
