Public Services/Public Works strives to provide efficient, responsive, and safe oversight of essential public services and infrastructure for the rural communities of Chaves County, New Mexico—including roads, bridges, solid waste management, vector control, facility maintenance, accessibility, fire and emergency services, and safety — while ensuring continuity through responsible land use management, engineering, planning, zoning, construction, and environmental compliance, and preserving these vital assets for the citizens we serve.
